The Director of Nursing Claire O'Connor leads the caring team, which is made up of 12 nurses and 23 healthcare assistants.

The activities team has three full-time members who make sure there's always something fun for residents to do. Three members of staff are trained Sonas practitioners in demenita activities.

The Caiseal Geal team also includes two qualified chefs, two  dining room assistants, three cleaners, as well as administrative and support staff.
