Caring for our community for more than 40 years 

Caiseal Geal Care Home has been providing kind and compassionate care to Castlegar's elderly community for more than 40 years. 

The director of nursing Claire O'Connor leads the caring team of 12 nurses and 24 healthcare assistants, supported by the activities coordinator, chefs and household staff. 

The current state-of-the-art centre was opened in 2016, to cater for 42 residents. It has 34 spacious single bedrooms and 4 double bedrooms, all with large en-suite bathrooms.
